Where can I find employment later on?
There is hardly an industry that is subject to as extensive and recurring change processes as healthcare. As a result, work sectors, job profiles and employment relationships are also undergoing change. This results in great opportunities for practitioners in health professions to take up senior management positions. An extra-occupational part-time course at the HFH whilst in work is an attractive opportunity to acquire the necessary management skills to take over both sectoral and cross-sectoral management, control and management tasks in inpatient and outpatient healthcare and medical care and in care of the elderly.
In what fields/subject areas can I work?

As part of the master’s programme, graduates are given the authority to initiate, accompany and create changes specifically and systematically, and to involve employees and those affected by the change in the development process as supporters. The special feature of the course is the qualification profile; management skills in the areas of organisation and human resources, scientific and methodological tools, health-scientific contextual knowledge and business expertise combined.

  • Completed degree with 180 CP.
What costs will I incur as part of my studies?
