The course provides content on management in organisations, health economics and health systems, principles of organisational psychology, scientific nursing principles, self-management, business principles, work design in nursing care, in the process, project management, business accounting, health and society, nursing science and transfer, management of groups, finance and control, introduction to nursing research, challenges for nursing care, management of staff, management of quality in healthcare, law organisations, nursing leadership, counselling, guidance, training, social law in care, in-patient healthcare, inpatient care of the elderly, outpatient services as well as in academic work.
Graduates are employed in middle management as ward and department heads or group or residential sector head. They take on line management functional tasks (organisational, facility management). They see a key area of work and action in the management of employees. They are, for example, entrusted with quality management, personnel development or controlling.
- General higher education entrance qualification, advanced technical college certificate, vocational qualification and three years of professional activity.
